Navigating emotional challenges and life transitions can feel overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting, but you do not have to do this alone.
I specialize in providing experiential and powerful therapeutic support for children and adults.
How I Help Adults
For adults, past hurt or trauma often present as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and patterns that are painfully familiar and leave you feeling helpless and hopeless.
The journey toward relational health—both with oneself and others—often involves trauma recovery, fostering a mindful connection between mind and body, and gaining a deeper understanding of how family-of-origin dynamics shape our relationships today. I help adults heal old wounds, choose different paths, nurture their inner child, and practice establishing needed boundaries.

How I Help Children
I specialize in working with children who are anxious, discouraged, struggling with self-confidence, assertiveness, struggling to fit in with peer groups or are experiencing a change in their family dynamics.
In my work with children 5-12, I offer play therapy and expressive art therapy to help them process their feelings in a developmentally appropriate method. Play therapy is a powerful modality. It is an evidence-based treatment to help children as young as three understand their inner world through their natural and developmentally appropriate language of play. Play is their language, and toys are their words. Through therapeutic play, children build confidence, experience less anxiety, and learn new skills.
I also utilize expressive art therapy with children. Expressive arts are creative experiences like movement, drawing, music, sculpting, painting, which help children express themselves without an overreliance on talk therapy. Both play and expressive arts calm the body, build confidence, encourage self-expression and healing while being sensitive to the developmental needs of the child.
